Membership Fee & Non-Refundable Policy

The membership fee paid on this website is non-refundable in all cases, except where required by applicable U.S. law. By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree that all membership fees are final and will not be refunded, including but not limited to situations involving: early cancellation, non-usage of services, changes in personal circumstances, failure to attend or participate, dissatisfaction with membership benefits, or inability to access resources due to reasons not directly caused by us.

Scope of Membership Fee

The membership fee grants access to member-only materials, features, and/or services offered at the time of enrollment. Access and benefit availability may change over time, and such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

No Partial or Prorated Refunds

We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for any reason. Membership fees cannot be paused, transferred, credited, or applied toward future membership terms.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for a non-refundable membership fee may be considered a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and provide proof of authorization and acceptance of the non-refundable policy.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects rights that cannot be waived under applicable U.S. federal or state consumer-protection laws. If a refund is legally required, it will be limited to the minimum amount mandated by law and will not exceed the membership fee paid.

Acceptance of Terms

By submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this non-refundable membership fee policy and the associated Terms and Conditions.

A legal disclaimer

The explanations and information provided on this page are only general and high-level explanations and information on how to write your own document of a Refund Policy. You should not rely on this article as legal advice or as recommendations regarding what you should actually do, because we cannot know in advance what are the specific refund policies that you wish to establish between your business and your customers. We recommend that you seek legal advice to help you understand and to assist you in the creation of your own Refund Policy.

Refund Policy - the basics

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
